Product Partnerships Manager (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid, with 3 days a week required in the Munich office. The role has primary responsibility for Germany and may support broader EMEA and international priorities.

What you will do

• Own product partnership strategy and end-to-end partnership sourcing and delivery for Germany.
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with strategic partners including technology platforms, enterprise software vendors, telcos, cloud providers, and government-aligned organizations.
• Negotiate and close local and cross-border deals covering commercial terms, product scope, data and privacy, marketing, incentives, and expansion paths.
• Lead senior partner relationships, build trust, align joint value propositions, and manage complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, Policy, and regional teams to align roadmaps and execute partnerships.
• Define success metrics, assess progress, surface risks, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product partnerships or partnership business development within the technology industry.
• Fluency in English and German required.
• Demonstrated success leading high-impact local and international partnerships with major technology partners, including complex cross-border work.
• Deep understanding of the German market and experience operating across multiple countries and international markets.
• Product-savvy, with the ability to engage technical stakeholders credibly and influence product direction and roadmap trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to inform decisions and communicate impact.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment and adapt across changing markets, verticals, and partnership types.
