Senior Product Manager (Integrations & AI Foundations)

Location: Berlin, Germany; remote-flexible hybrid with 3 days per week in the office and up to 6 remote calendar weeks per year

What you will do

• Set platform strategy and sequencing across integrations/API, MCP, document parsing, retrieval/RAG, and the AI agentic layer.
• Run APIs as a product, including contracts, authentication, versioning, deprecation, rate limits, SLAs, the Developer Portal, documentation, and time-to-integrate metrics.
• Define and launch the customer-facing MCP offering with reliable tool descriptions and security review gates.
• Generalise the existing document parsing pipeline and shape retrieval and agentic capabilities as reusable services with access control, guardrails, evaluations, and observability.
• Own platform policies with Engineering and Security covering data classification, residency, LLM cost and rate governance, and integration and extraction registries.
• Work with fund managers, CFOs, technical customer teams, Customer Success, Engineering, Security, and domain teams to define decisions, ownership boundaries, goals, and metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years in product management, including at least 3 years on platform, API, or developer-facing products in B2B SaaS.
• Experience shipping and running public REST or GraphQL APIs, including OAuth and other authentication patterns, versioning, deprecation, and developer documentation.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM features to production across extraction, RAG, or agents; understanding of evaluations, confidence scoring, failure modes, human-in-the-loop review, chunking, embeddings, and model fallback.
• Working knowledge of MCP or agent tool use, including what makes tools safe and reliable for agents to call.
• Strong security and compliance instincts for regulated data, including access control, GDPR, and data residency.
• Ability to lead through influence, work with internal teams as customers, and clearly reject or redirect requests with reasons.
• Clear writing and decision documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Fintech, fund administration, or private markets experience, including capital calls, capital accounts, subscription documents, LP, or portfolio reporting.
• Experience in an EU-regulated environment.
• Experience building a Developer Portal or partner integrations programme from zero.
• Experience moving a capability from one team into a shared platform without breaking either side.
• Experience in a company moving from ops-led to product-led.
