Project Manager Operations (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid position based at the Kleve manufacturing and operations facility in Germany

hirify.global’s Operations Programs & Partnerships team supports operational excellence across its European Operations organization, including warehousing, transportation, operational excellence, and business intelligence.

What you will do

• Support, lead, and manage strategic Operations projects developing hirify.global’s European warehousing and service landscape.
• Plan and coordinate multiple process-improvement projects of varying scale and complexity across departments and disciplines.
• Own project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, monitoring, governance, stakeholder communication, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards and PMO guidelines.
• Act as the Operations contact for cross-functional projects, aligning milestones and driving agreed deliverables to completion.
• Build stakeholder engagement and cross-functional cooperation, including collaboration with senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with increasing responsibility for project activities and deliverables in project environments.
• Practical experience in Operations, Warehousing, or Transportation, with a strong understanding of warehousing and/or transportation processes.
• Experience with business systems such as ERP, QAD, WMS, or TMS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence collaborating with senior management and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to motivate others, build commitment, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, rigorously, and in a structured manner.
• Fluent English language skills required.
