What you will do

• Act as a trusted partner to the Chief Marketing Officer on strategic, transversal, and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive materials, strategic notes, presentations, seminars, leadership meetings, and governance communications.
• Own selected cross-functional CMO initiatives and structure projects through objectives, scope, planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and success criteria.
• Define and coordinate CMO governance, tools, ways of working, steering committees, project reviews, and decision-making forums.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, coordinate initiatives, and ensure tangible outcomes.
• Align system and product management, project business, corporate functions, and external partners in a multicultural matrix environment.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in project management, consulting, transformation, product management, product marketing, or corporate strategy, ideally in international or matrix organizations.
• Ability to structure complex topics, manage projects, and create clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including effective engagement with senior leaders.
• Adaptable, pragmatic, and resilient, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and changing priorities.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative and influential personality with the ability to facilitate, build bridges, challenge constructively, and drive alignment.
• Fluent English required.
