Project Manager (Logistics SaaS)

Location: Remote in Germany, Poland, or Italy

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer software implementations from kick-off through go-live, managing scope, schedule, budget, and delivery quality.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and translate complex customer requirements into tailored solutions using modular products and industry best practices.
• Guide enterprise customers through change management, user training, post-implementation support, and transition to Customer Care.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Consulting, Product Management, and Technical Delivery teams to align deliverables with customer goals.
• Track project performance, manage budgets, and identify process and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing customer-facing software or IT implementation projects from inception through go-live.
• Strong project management skills covering scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills across internal and external teams.
• Professional fluency in English and German.

Nice to have

• French or another European language.
• Experience with logistics, transportation management, or supply chain SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
