Outbound Appointment Setter (US Healthcare B2B)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Rate: $6/hour.

What you will do

• Make about 200 outbound calls per day to US dental, chiropractic, and other healthcare practices.
• Reach doctors, practice owners, office managers, and financial decision-makers.
• Qualify practice needs, pain points, interest, and decision processes.
• Book qualified appointments and help ensure prospects attend.
• Log calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM and submit daily and weekly reports.
• Coordinate with sales on handoffs, feedback, and script improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Proven experience cold-calling US businesses in a B2B context; appointment-setting experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfort speaking with doctors, office managers, and financial decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and power dialers; Kixie experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to complete about 200 outbound dials per day without losing quality.
• Availability Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Strong accountability, accurate reporting, and consistent appointment-setting results.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.

Nice to have

• Experience selling into healthcare, dental, or chiropractic practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA or the medical office environment.
