Clinical Cost Analyst

Location: Reading, UK; remote or office working available. Willingness to travel approximately 30% is required.

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and maintain alignment with project and organizational goals.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve delivery issues and support team capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, together with significant project management and team leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, including the ability to manage project teams and prioritize competing tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and committed to project goals and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
