Forward Deployed Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; open to hiring across the US, with priority for candidates in Denver, CO

Salary: $120K–$210K plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native Operations Cloud and Adaptive Resource Platform for physical product businesses to manage procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, finance, goods, dollars, and data in real time.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle, from discovery and product design through implementation, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map customer business processes and workflows across people, processes, technology, goods, information, and money.
• Build product capabilities and solutions within the hirify.global ERP platform for upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Translate process flows into product design, data models, workflows, and platform configuration.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations required for successful implementations.
• Develop team best practices and improve product and customer lifecycle processes through automation and AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a technology company; ERP experience is not required.
• Ability to analyze interconnected people, process, and technology systems, untangle complex problems, and synthesize solutions.
• Experience working in high-pressure roles within startups, consulting, finance, or similar environments.
• Ability to understand complex engineering and logic problems from first principles.
• Strong intellectual and analytical ability with fast, clear synthesis and decision-making.
• Ownership and accountability mindset, customer obsession, stakeholder management skills, business acumen, and appetite for operational and technical detail.
• Passion for learning quickly.

Nice to have

• Previous ERP or industry experience.
• Experience with SQL.
