Mid, AI Product Manager

Location: Hybrid schedule based in the New York, NY or Charlotte, NC offices.

Total cash compensation: $127,000–$180,000 per year; New York City: $158,000–$225,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead technically focused product workstreams from concept through delivery, translating larger initiatives into requirements, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Partner with Business, Data Science, Design, Engineering, product leadership, client counterparts, and Central Technology.
• Own adoption, scalability, reliability, and extensibility of platform features across industry groups.
• Build data-driven narratives connecting progress, outcomes, business impact, and tradeoffs.
• Use LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern AI tools to prototype workflows, test ideas, and run experiments.
• Mentor junior teammates across product, technical, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and ability to create consumer and client value through data-driven ideas.
• Strong technical and data foundation for effective collaboration with engineers and data scientists.
• Ability to understand relevant algorithms, explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and use modern AI tools.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize stakeholder input and data-driven insights, and effective workstream prioritization.
• Experience across the full lifecycle of a production-grade solution, from opportunity identification through measurement and optimization.
• Experience with stakeholder discovery, opportunity validation, and execution toward jointly defined expectations.
• Proven AI/ML value creation, including measurable business outcomes, behavior change, key-metric optimization, and clear ROI.
• Fluency in data-related programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, and hands-on experience operating with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini to collect, mine, and analyze raw datasets.
