Product Manager (ERP)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; willingness to travel to customer or partner sites, conferences, and field events is required.

Salary: $109,650–$129,000 per year, plus employee equity and discretionary bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Own the Product role in a cross-functional pod spanning Product, Development, UX, QA, and subject-matter experts.
• Lead the problem-to-PRD process from problem framing and prototyping through execution, validation, launch, and post-launch learning.
• Drive AI-assisted product development through multi-agent workflows, rapid iteration, and quality review.
• Own a problem-oriented roadmap based on customer outcomes and strategic bets, using customer, market, and competitive insight.
• Define success metrics, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop feedback for LLM- and agent-driven experiences.
• Support training, beta, and pilot programs, then drive adoption and iteration while influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software product management experience.
• Previous accountancy experience or experience building ERP or accounting software for AEC customers.
• Proven success as a product lead in a tightly embedded cross-functional delivery model, including hyper-agile or AI-accelerated product development.
• Experience turning customer and market insight into requirements, prototypes, and launch-ready capabilities.
• Experience supporting a major product launch and scaling the product through post-launch learning, adoption, and iteration.
• Ability to understand data models and information retrieval methods, extract value from data, use analytics for product and business decisions, and map data flows across technical architecture.
• Strong planning, execution, product delivery, stakeholder communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills; self-organized, accountable, and quality-focused.
• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer or partner sites, conferences, and other field events.

Nice to have

• Accounting or finance background, including CPA certification.
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and AI-assisted authoring of product requirements or prototypes.
• Experience shaping agentic workflows, LLM-powered experiences, or other AI-assisted product capabilities.
• Fluency with AI product-development tools such as Cursor, Glean, Claude Code, Replit, and MCP-connected workflows.
