Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the San Francisco office

Salary: $170,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity, health insurance, and potential future incentives.

hirify.global Security is an early-stage cybersecurity startup building GenAI-powered briefings, behavioral risk models, multi-channel interventions, administrative and IT tools, analytics, and enterprise integrations to help organizations manage human risk.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for a product area, connecting priorities to company goals and customer needs.
• Partner with engineering on discovery, solution design, build-versus-defer decisions, and delivery.
• Shape AI-native features where the model is the core mechanic, including evaluation and quality decisions.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear product strategies, specifications, and execution plans.
• Engage CISOs and security practitioners, use customer evidence and product data, and define success metrics.
• Align sales, customer success, marketing, design, and leadership while driving measurable product outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally building B2B SaaS products.
• Track record of owning a roadmap and shipping products that moved real business metrics.
• Engineering teams have viewed you as a strong leader who drove successful outcomes.
• Experience shipping at least one AI-powered feature where the model was the core mechanic, with informed opinions on evaluations, quality, and model tradeoffs.
• Strong written communication for specifications, strategy documents, and updates.
• Comfort working in an early-stage or fast-moving environment with limited process.
• Strong product judgment supported by qualitative customer insight and quantitative data.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, security awareness, or other enterprise security products.
• Experience selling to or building for CISOs and security teams.
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup.
