Product Manager, AI Solutions

Location: USA Remote; Pacific Time Zone preferred. Preferred location: San Francisco, CA. The role is remote, with recurring in-person meetups and company-wide offsites.

Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD annually, plus equity.

hirify.global provides an AI governance platform for enterprises, combining a knowledge graph, regulatory intelligence, business context, and expert support to help organizations assess and manage AI system risk.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and monthly and quarterly outcomes for AI solutions.
• Manage product metrics including assistant activation, completion, recommendation acceptance, time saved, AI quality, evaluation pass rates, and retention.
• Move AI prototypes through validation, beta, and general availability into paid platform capabilities.
• Ship AI-powered governance intake that assesses use cases, asks follow-up questions, and assigns risk tiers.
• Turn the governance knowledge graph into actionable recommendations about controls, regulations, and next steps.
• Define AI quality evaluations and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on packaging, pricing, positioning, launches, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including shipping at least one LLM-powered feature to production.
• Practical understanding of LLM products, including prompting, retrieval, agents, evaluations, and failure modes.
• Experience turning research or prototypes into products customers pay for.
• Clear, concise writing and the ability to explain model limitations to executives and engineers.
• Comfort owning outcomes with a small team in a startup environment.
• Hands-on ability to prompt, test, and break AI features; write evaluation criteria; review sample outputs; and build quick prototypes with AI coding tools.

Nice to have

• Background in AI governance, risk, compliance, or policy, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or ISO 42001.
• Experience with knowledge graphs, regulatory content, or enterprise search.
• Experience with vendor or third-party risk management.
• Experience at a Series A–C company navigating ambiguity and resource constraints.
• Preferred location: San Francisco, CA.
