Onsite Manager (M/F/D)

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States; onsite

Pay range: $90,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee all phases of project installation and coordinate related services, activities, labor, vendors, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate installation status, schedule and budget progress, issues, deadlines, and dependencies to the General Project Manager.
• Manage labor hours, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to control costs and report deviations.
• Monitor and update installation schedules, follow critical paths, and coordinate supplier deadlines.
• Order materials and schedule inspections throughout installation.
• Direct TGW personnel and subcontractors to meet deadlines, quality requirements, budget, and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Seven or more years supervising projects in the material-handling or related industry.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and delegate responsibilities appropriately.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with conveyor installation processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprint drawings, submittals, and specifications.
