Electrical Site Manager (Robotics)

Location: Romeoville, IL, United States, or remotely; travel averages 60–90% across the year.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 gross per year.

What you will do

• Lead on-site project execution from mobilization through commissioning, demobilization, and final acceptance.
• Manage installation and integration of shuttles, conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, and related mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, engineering, controls, commissioning, and customer stakeholders.
• Own site safety activities, including safety walks, toolbox talks, audits, OSHA and local compliance, and subcontractor adherence.
• Manage schedules, risks, quality, punch lists, inspections, progress reporting, productivity, materials, budgets, and forecasting.
• Coordinate testing, validation, handover, site closeout, and project documentation while serving as the primary customer contact and escalation point.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in site management, construction, or industrial installation.
• Experience with automated material handling systems or robotics.
• Proven leadership of field teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to lead installation, commissioning, safety, quality, schedule, budget, reporting, and customer coordination activities on active project sites.
• Availability for travel averaging 60–90% across the year, varying by project lifecycle.
