Manager, Corporate Accounting

Location: Hybrid role based at the Minneapolis, Minnesota headquarters, with in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.

Annual salary: $94,800–$151,700.

What you will do

• Review journal entries, supporting documentation, account reconciliations, and outstanding balance sheet items.
• Oversee accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, financial statement schedules, flux analysis, and footnote disclosures.
• Own monthly consolidation across global legal entities, including entity balancing and review of entity-level results.
• Manage foreign currency remeasurement and translation, realized and unrealized foreign exchange gains and losses, and intercompany settlements.
• Coordinate with Global Tax on transfer pricing, maintain SOX controls, and support internal and external auditors.
• Mentor team members, drive process improvements and automation, and guide accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting plus 7+ years of related accounting experience, including journal entry and account reconciliation review, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting, foreign currency remeasurement and translation, and accounting for multiple legal entities in a global organization.
• Experience with month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and prepaid accounting.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience reviewing others’ work and mentoring or developing accounting team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEC reporting and SOX compliance in a public company environment.
• Oracle Fusion experience.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Blackline or another account reconciliation system.
