Head of Corporate Accounting

Base salary: $180,800–$226,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the month-end close across all entities and ensure timely, accurate U.S. GAAP financial reporting.
• Manage and develop the GL, Cost, Revenue, and International Accounting leads and their teams.
• Oversee treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank administration, banking relationships, intercompany funding, and cash movements.
• Own corporate accounting policies and maintain controls that reduce financial reporting risk.
• Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analyses, international accounting, and global consolidation.
• Lead process improvement, automation, cross-functional accounting initiatives, and external audit deliverables using NetSuite, AI-enabled close tools, and internal systems.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience across public accounting and corporate accounting leadership roles; Big 4 experience is preferred.
• Required CPA license and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong NetSuite experience and deep experience with multi-entity international subsidiaries, intercompany accounting, and global consolidation.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and full-cycle month-end close processes.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end process improvement projects with measurable results, including close optimization, reconciliation and accrual automation, or close and ERP tooling implementation.
• Ability to challenge the status quo, influence change, and streamline processes and operations.
