Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own product design from discovery through UX flows, UI, prototyping, design QA, launch, and iteration.
• Identify opportunities to improve the mobile-first player experience and deliver an end-to-end project with product and engineering.
• Design journeys that address user states, edge cases, accessibility, and regulatory constraints.
• Challenge assumptions, explore alternatives, and support recommendations with evidence.
• Use product feedback, testing, metrics, and engineering collaboration to improve the product.
• Experiment with motion, sound, haptics, effects, and AI-assisted prototypes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio of shipped work owned end to end.
• Strong UX and UI fundamentals, including hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, interaction design, complex flows, and edge cases.
• Strong Figma skills and experience using Claude Code or Codex to accelerate work, prototype ideas, and solve problems; ability to demonstrate how AI improved the process.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and maintain progress without constant oversight.
• Ability to evaluate design decisions using business impact, feedback, testing, and product metrics.
• Knowledge of frontend basics, responsive design, design systems, and designing within an existing codebase's styling.
• Clear communication, effective feedback exchange, and comfort working during overlapping team hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, iGaming, social casino, sweepstakes, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of game design, player engagement, reward mechanics, and progression systems.
• Experience with Rive, After Effects, Blender, Unity, or Spline.
• Experience with AI tools such as ElevenLabs or Higgsfield.
• AI-built apps, side projects, or prototypes, ideally including minor frontend changes in a real codebase.
• Familiarity with React, frontend workflows, A/B testing, or product analytics.
