Senior UX/UI Product Designer

Location: Remote worldwide; full-time, senior role in an async-first team.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for key product areas, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and research to guide design decisions.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces in Figma.
• Build and maintain scalable design-system components and guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers on technically feasible, pixel-perfect implementation.
• Present design rationale, incorporate feedback, and advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a product-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design craft.
• Expert Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
• Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Experience leading design for complex, data-rich interfaces.
• Clear communication skills and comfort presenting design rationale.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, async-first team.
• Fluency in using AI tools as a force multiplier.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling design systems.
• Background in B2B SaaS or developer-facing products.
• Familiarity with React and CSS-in-JS.
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
