Healthcare Data Analytics Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote candidates in the United States will be considered; on-site work at the Brookfield, Wisconsin office is preferred.

Salary: $119,850–$227,445 annually, with location-specific ranges of $137,828–$227,445 or $119,850–$197,778.

What you will do

• Lead analytics and technology projects from data ingestion through client deliverables.
• Design, develop, and optimize data processes and workflows for large healthcare datasets.
• Perform and oversee ETL, validation, and transformation of claims, eligibility, and pharmacy data.
• Build analytical models, dashboards, and data pipelines for consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with consultants, actuaries, and project managers to interpret results and communicate client insights.
• Review technical work, mentor analytical staff, and contribute to automation, cloud enablement, and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future immigration support or sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics or a related technical analytics role.
• Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, validation, and automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or another analytical language, plus experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or R Shiny.
• Understanding of healthcare data structures, including claims, eligibility, and provider data, with familiarity processing Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial medical and pharmacy data.
• Familiarity with hirify.global MedInsight and experience with hirify.global tools including HCG Grouper, MARA, and Global RVUs.
• Experience leading multiple projects, mentoring junior team members, and managing competing priorities.
• Experience with cloud data technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or similar tools.
• Strong database architecture knowledge, analytical thinking, communication, organization, accountability, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI or Generative AI tools for data analysis, automation, or insight generation.
