Data & Insight Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; dedicated secure work area and high-speed internet required.

Base compensation: $75,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Architect, design, develop, and optimize scalable analytics and reporting solutions using SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Automate reporting workflows and data processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and delivery of insights.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across data environments and reporting platforms, providing best-practice guidance.
• Identify, communicate, and help resolve data quality and reconciliation issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams on reporting questions and client-specific requests.
• Lead the development and optimization of complex client-facing reports, dashboards, and strategic analysis tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative or business field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience, including 3+ years of consulting and 3–5 years of data architecture experience.
• Experience with Business Objects, Hadoop, Hive, and Python for big data processing and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Experience with Oracle SQL Developer, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to identify trends and anomalies and communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to learn new tools, data sets, and business concepts quickly.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional and matrix environments, independently and collaboratively.
• Strong time management skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform the duties with or without reasonable accommodation, remain stationary for prolonged periods, repeat wrist, hand, or finger motions, and complete work requiring accuracy, speed, and productivity.
