What you will do

• Analyze large business datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, visualizations, and data models for business units.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define data needs and recommend actions.
• Support data governance, data quality validation, and the integrity and accuracy of business data.
• Apply regression analysis, predictive modeling, data mining, cleaning, and transformation to business challenges.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and potentially lead projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven or more years of experience required.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, regression, predictive modeling, data mining, data cleaning, and data transformation.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to varied audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and data accuracy and integrity skills.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
