AI Strategy Senior Consultant (AI)

Location: Munich or Stuttgart, Germany; flexible working models and the option to work from home.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities through AI.
• Advise business units and develop tailored AI strategies.
• Develop concepts, feasibility studies, prototypes, and technical solution approaches.
• Implement and continuously optimize AI solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve AI literacy.
• At Senior Consultant level, lead complex AI projects, advise executives, design and validate high-performance AI architectures, manage project teams, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Consultant: 1–2 years of professional experience; Senior Consultant: 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Relevant experience implementing AI solutions in a corporate environment.
• Extensive experience in team leadership and project organization.
• Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain, plus vector and graph databases and strong technical implementation knowledge.
• Confidence in the technical design of solution approaches, with very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with development standards in an enterprise environment.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and client-interaction skills; willingness to travel.
• Excellent German and English language skills at minimum C1 level in both languages.
• Team-oriented, highly motivated, adaptable, and proactive attitude, with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and its business impact.
