AI Strategist

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic AI projects, advising multidisciplinary teams, shaping scope, and ensuring client impact.
• Generate and convert pipeline opportunities with the Growth team, supporting pre-sales, proposal writing, and key-account expansion.
• Represent the AI Strategy perspective through stakeholder education, expert discussions, LinkedIn content, and thought leadership.
• Develop AI Strategy methodologies, tools, and frameworks using consulting and domain expertise.
• Mentor colleagues, coach team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Knowledge of common machine learning techniques and trends, including experience evaluating machine learning models and conceptualizing AI use cases.
• Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and investigate problems using analytical data.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new AI solutions at the intersection of technology and business.
• Client-facing experience and strong communication skills in German and English.
• Team-oriented approach with willingness to learn, support colleagues, and grow collaboratively.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s degree in or related to Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Analytics, or self-taught machine learning experience.
• 2+ years of full-time experience in management consulting, leading startups, technology companies, or other fast-paced environments.
