Principle AI Transformation Consultant

Location: Full-time hybrid position based in Munich or Cologne, Germany, with regular customer visits across the DACH region. Minimum one month of onboarding at the Zurich headquarters and regular in-person team visits in Zurich and at company hubs.

What you will do

• Own outcomes for the most complex and sensitive customer accounts from go-live through high automation, serving as the final escalation point.
• Lead executive-level process change with CFOs, heads of shared services, process owners, and operating teams.
• Diagnose automation bottlenecks across entities and processes and define execution plans.
• Own customer health and account economics while identifying expansion opportunities with Sales and the Client Partner.
• Coach AI Transformation Consultants and AI Automation Specialists and improve account management practices.
• Share recurring customer patterns with Product and Engineering and help shape new services and ways of working.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in transformation consulting, shared services, or finance and supply chain operations, including several years leading process change at customers.
• Deep end-to-end knowledge of purchase-to-pay or order-to-cash and a track record of changing how large finance or procurement organizations operate.
• Executive presence and the ability to lead difficult conversations with CFOs.
• Experience coaching or leading consultants.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Process excellence, customer partnership, pattern recognition, data comfort, ownership, and a growth mindset.

• Experience with ERP systems, AP automation, or AI-driven SaaS.
