Senior Associate Information Security Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Own and develop customer relationships throughout the lifecycle of the InfoSec-SaaS product, acting as a trusted information security advisor.
• Advise customers on complex security challenges and build pragmatic, scalable ISMS solutions using the platform.
• Guide customers independently through audits and certifications including ISO 27001 and TISAX.
• Use and experiment with AI to automate repetitive consulting work, accelerate analysis and preparation, and develop scalable best practices.
• Support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Bring customer and technical insights into product, tooling, and consulting improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in information security, IT security, GRC, compliance, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX, or NIST, with the ability to apply them in customer contexts.
• Technical curiosity and genuine interest in AI, automation, and smarter problem-solving.
• Experience using AI tools at work, or strong motivation to experiment, learn quickly, and improve information security consulting with AI.
• Ability to work directly with customers, challenge their thinking when needed, and translate complex technical or regulatory requirements into clear, pragmatic solutions.
• Ownership, independence, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.
