Deployment Strategist (AI) - German Speaking

What you will do

• Partner with C-level executives and VPs to discover AI opportunities, prioritize high-impact use cases, and challenge assumptions.
• Scope business value, technical effort, integrations, data requirements, constraints, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Build hands-on prototypes and demos using the platform, Python, LLMs, and AI-powered coding tools.
• Coordinate active deployments, support Forward Deployed Engineers, manage escalations, and keep delivery focused on outcomes.
• Act as the main business-side customer contact and translate AI capabilities into actionable business language.
• Travel onsite for kickoffs, mapping sessions, and key deployment moments; bring reusable patterns and field feedback to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Technical depth combined with strategic instinct and a history of building things; relevant backgrounds include engineering, data science, startup founding, product management, or technical or strategic consulting.
• Comfort coding, mostly in Python, and using LLMs and AI-powered tools such as Claude Code to ship prototypes quickly.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and the role of AI agents in enterprise workflows.
• Ability to identify business value and translate it into impact, effort, and prioritization terms for C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with executives and operators, including the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and drive outcomes.
• Founder mindset, independence, ownership, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• German-speaking capability is required for this role.
