Senior Implementation Consultant

Location: Munich, Germany; work from the assigned office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Engage directly with large and complex enterprises to transform their business using hirify.global technology.
• Advocate for customers by listening actively, asking questions, and translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Build trusted customer relationships and advise on strategies for long-term success.
• Serve as a liaison between teams with competing priorities.
• Contribute to the Implementation Consulting team and its long-term business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting.
• At least 2+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects or initiatives simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience delivering customer-facing presentations and a consistent record of working with senior leaders.
• Persuasive, professional, flexible, and detail-oriented approach.
• Growth mindset and ability to leverage AI for faster, smarter decisions.
