Delivery Lead - Director, AI and Enterprise Product Management

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with onsite attendance 2 to 3 days per week. Travel may be required based on business needs. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Annual base salary: $189,200–$315,400, plus a 22.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Own planning, delivery, support, releases, and enhancements across patient support platforms, including CRM, case management, digital engagement, and data integration.
• Build technology execution plans, capability roadmaps, business cases, and investment plans across patient services and commercial functions.
• Lead a portfolio of projects across multiple disease areas, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, governance, quality, system stability, and performance.
• Partner with senior business leaders, digital teams, operations, and solution vendors to prioritize the technology portfolio and influence platform roadmaps.
• Manage the PPS systems budget, resources, operational reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop product owners, business system managers, and analysts while fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred. Preferred fields include Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management.
• At least 8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree; 7+ years with an MS, MBA, MPH, or master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD, PharmD, or JD, including relevant technical experience in software development and maintenance.
• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience supporting commercial, patient services, or healthcare operations.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, cloud ecosystems, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading large-scale system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements, with strong program/project management and SDLC experience.
• Experience managing operational support for complex technology environments and leading outsourced or offshore teams.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization, develop and coach others, manage stakeholders, and deliver business impact.
