Senior Solutions Architect (CI/CD)

Location: United States, with a preference for the US East Coast; fully remote setup.

Base salary: $180,000–$205,000 USD per year, with on-target earnings split 80/20 between base salary and sales commission.

hirify.global provides a CI platform used by engineering teams to run builds, tests, and deployments on their own infrastructure, hirify.global infrastructure, or both.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to identify business opportunities aligned with hirify.global’s platform.
• Analyze customers’ CI/CD architectures and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Design and deliver demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical validation activities.
• Advise customers on migrating from existing solutions to hirify.global, including its dynamic pipeline approach.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and Product Engineering, sharing feedback to shape the product and platform.
• Educate Sales, represent hirify.global at industry events, and help close sales through consultative technical expertise.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as hirify.global, Jenkins, CircleCI, AWS CodePipelines, Azure Pipelines, and GitLab.
• Experience with DevOps technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Expertise with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Ability to communicate and present clearly, explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying customer needs and designing tailored solutions.
• Curious, consultative approach with the ability to prioritize high-impact issues.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Solutions teams.

Nice to have

• Passion for learning emerging build technologies such as Bazel and iOS development tools.
• Experience influencing CI/CD, software delivery, and related industry practices.
