Solution Consultant - Large Enterprise (North Central) (SaaS)

Location: Chicago, IL, USA; field-based role requiring domestic travel to client sites across the Northeast Region, including New York or Boston, with occasional travel to other US and international hirify.global locations. The role includes a hybrid work model balancing office and remote work.

Base salary: USD 161,250–180,000 gross per year; total OTE: USD 215,000–240,000, plus potential commissions.

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert and communicate the business value of the hirify.global Platform to internal and external audiences.
• Support sales qualification by applying product knowledge to customer business issues and demonstrating measurable value.
• Engage IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management stakeholders to identify use cases and strategic priorities.
• Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions in partnership with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams.
• Run value-based workshops and facilitate discussions with executive and senior customer stakeholders.
• Represent hirify.global at company events and marketing activities as a speaker and thought leader.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise presales or technical consulting, ideally selling End User Computing SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
• Proven success partnering with sales teams to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals.
• Experience introducing new technology into a new market as a key technical resource.
• Experience with Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and management; Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions.
• Experience with cloud, Windows 10, O365, or migration-, release-, or change-related projects.
• Experience with ITIL, Service Lifecycle, quality-of-service, Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines.
• Ability to navigate complex solution environments and translate business context into creative, pragmatic solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, independent judgment, and ability to escalate appropriately.
• Strong technical learning ability, communication skills, executive presence, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
