Solution Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote, Texas, United States; limited travel required.

Salary: USD $85,200–$145,200 per year.

What you will do

• Define customer business requirements and current operating models, then develop change-management strategies for future-state adoption.
• Connect business requirements with hirify.global product capabilities and formulate scalable solution frameworks.
• Lead presales and implementation discovery discussions with customer stakeholders, including directors and regional contacts.
• Plan and manage system design with internal delivery teams and contribute to implementation project planning.
• Establish go-live activities for solution integration, including training and ongoing support.
• Track requirements achievement, adoption success, and customer partnership development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of multifamily experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of several hirify.global products and integrations.
• Intermediate proficiency in consulting processes.
• Ability to engage and lead conversations with directors and regional-level contacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership.
• Ability to work remotely in the United States and undertake limited travel.
