GTM Software Engineer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Build and evolve a global go-to-market operating system that improves customer targeting and GTM efficiency.
• Unify GTM data and intelligence across markets into a single source of truth.
• Build self-serve growth paths into the application with design, product, and onboarding teams.
• Design systems, write production code, and own shipped solutions end to end.
• Monitor, document, fix, and continuously improve the systems you build.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-growing, global SaaS company is preferred.
• Ability to take ownership from design through deployment and solve problems from first principles.
• Ability to work iteratively, ship quickly without compromising quality, and deliver maximum value with small releases.
• Ability to build across different areas, including internal applications and data pipelines, while maintaining a broader systems perspective.
• Ability to speak with users and build solutions that improve business results.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in pipeline, revenue, and customers alongside engineering quality.
• Comfort working with non-engineers and explaining technical trade-offs clearly.
• Fluent English.
