Director, Agile Product Owner (AI)

Annual base salary: $123,400–$203,600

What you will do

• Lead product direction, vision, roadmap, backlog priorities, and sequencing for the producer management platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders and domain product owners to shape shared needs into features and support adoption of new capabilities.
• Shape conversational AI experiences and identify agentic workflows for routine, multi-step work.
• Explore AI applications across platform integrations and data flows, partnering with engineering on design choices, guardrails, and production readiness.
• Define epics, features, acceptance criteria, success measures, and delivery trade-offs with Scrum and engineering partners.
• Align business and technology leaders on priorities, progress, risks, and product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least six years of experience in Agile product management, including at least three years in a related field.
• At least two years of work experience in the supported discipline, such as claims, risk control, technology, project management, production, or application development.
• At least three years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and product analysis.
• At least three years of experience motivating or influencing teams.
• Experience leading conversational AI experiences or agentic workflows and applying AI beyond the user interface, including integrations and data flows.
• Experience with platform product thinking across multiple capabilities and user groups, data-informed decisions, and outcome measurement.
• Experience working with technical teams on design trade-offs, guardrails, and production readiness.

Nice to have

• Insurance distribution, producer licensing, or onboarding experience.
