(Senior) Manager, International Markets

Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid working model with attendance at the Berlin campus 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Work with C-level and global management to define strategy and ensure execution quality across global and regional operations.
• Collaborate with headquarters, regional teams, and local markets on initiatives improving operational and financial performance.
• Source, distribute, and drive implementation of operational best practices across 65 markets.
• Translate data into insights and present recommendations on critical topics to key decision-makers.
• Support P&L and portfolio management, value creation, profitability, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience, excluding internships, in management consulting, investment banking, or business development/strategy at a similar fast-paced tech company, including at least 2 years at a leading global management consulting firm.
• Ability to model complex business and financial scenarios and use data and situational judgment to make recommendations and decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, the primary business language, and a proven ability to work with and influence C-level executives.
• Ability to build collaborative, trusting relationships with stakeholders across seniority levels and culturally and functionally diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to take ownership and work hands-on to achieve results.

• International work experience.
• Technical skills, especially SQL.
