Senior Solution Consultant (Warehouse Management Systems)

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery workshops covering business goals, warehouse operations, challenges, and technology landscapes.
• Design tailored solution concepts and business cases aligned with customer objectives and KPIs.
• Build and deliver demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and value-driven presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services teams on solution strategies and implementation handovers.
• Engage operational and C-level stakeholders, communicating business value, ROI, and risk mitigation.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, provide market insights, and mentor colleagues through shared best practices and demo assets.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or supply chain software, with a strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems.
• Deep understanding of warehouse and supply chain execution processes across retail, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, value-driven technology solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, including confidence with operational users and executive leadership.
• Technical understanding of system integrations, automation technologies, and data-driven workflows in modern warehouse environments.
• Understanding of Warehouse Control Systems and material flows within automated systems.
