Senior Transformation Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives across the operational environment.
• Partner with Operational Leadership to simplify processes, improve performance, and create scalable ways of working.
• Translate complex transformation objectives into project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead software implementation and operational technology initiatives while managing risks, dependencies, change controls, resources, and financial information.
• Identify opportunities to introduce AI into operational processes and support its successful adoption.
• Create communication and change plans, influence senior stakeholders, and maintain alignment across internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering large, complex, and multifaceted transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated results delivered through multiple teams and functions, including stakeholders not directly managed.
• Experience leading technology, SaaS, or software implementation projects.
• Experience with AI-led projects or transformation initiatives, including understanding how AI can be introduced and embedded within operational teams and processes.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, clients, Product, Engineering, and Operational teams.
• Excellent project and programme management skills, including management of multiple workstreams, risks, and dependencies.
• Ability to move between strategy and execution while maintaining focus on detailed delivery.
• Proactive, tenacious, solutions-focused approach with strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working within an international or global organisation.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
