Digital Transformation Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead digital transformation projects from business case and planning through delivery, go-live, hypercare, and operational handover.
• Build and prioritize transformation roadmaps based on business value, effort, risk, readiness, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish delivery governance through steering committees, RACI, decision logs, stage gates, reporting, and benefits tracking.
• Oversee enterprise technology and systems integration with architecture, security, and data teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, vendors, implementation partners, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Lead change management, training, readiness, adoption tracking, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation or a related role, including leading cross-functional programmes end to end.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and enterprise technologies including ServiceNow, Oracle, GCP, and Azure.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with change management and organizational change.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow SPM, or MS Project, and with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Experience managing project budgets and building business cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including using data to support decisions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Project, programme, or change certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, APMG Change Management, or Prosci.
• Agile or service management certifications such as SAFe, Scrum, or ITIL 4.
• Platform certifications in ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience delivering automation, AI, or data and analytics initiatives.
• Experience in a customer-facing or services environment.
