AI Enablement & Program Manager

Location: Hybrid in Banja Luka, Belgrade, Bitola, Kragujevac, Niš, Novi Sad, Ohrid, Skopje, or Chișinău

What you will do

• Design and drive a company-wide AI enablement initiative.
• Develop trainings, workshops, use-case sessions, and communication formats for different audiences.
• Coordinate execution and drive adoption of AI and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Work with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers, and external partners.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess adoption, effectiveness, and impact.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops and events and continuously improve enablement programs.

Requirements

• Experience in program or project management, enablement, change management, or a comparable role.
• Structured and highly organized approach to driving initiatives from concept to execution.
• Hands-on experience designing and coordinating trainings, workshops, enablement programs, or adoption initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into concrete formats, activities, and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers, and external partners across different target groups.
• Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks for adoption, effectiveness, and impact.
• Practical understanding of AI and Generative AI, with enthusiasm for AI and new tools.
• A technical or Data Science background is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled ways of working.
• Background in change management or organizational adoption programs.
• Experience running company-wide or multi-audience initiatives.
