Financial Controller

Location: Älmhult, Sweden; onsite position

What you will do

• Own monthly and annual P&L reporting and analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and improve financial structures, processes, systems, and reporting.
• Drive financial steering and follow-up across projects and portfolios.
• Provide financial insights and guidance as a trusted business partner to support cost-conscious decisions and efficient resource use.
• Work with the Finance team and stakeholders to develop digital solutions for financial steering.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Good financial knowledge and proven experience in financial control, business analytics, and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish accounting rules and regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP and Project Portfolio Management systems.
• Ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and provide clear direction.
• Leadership skills, including leading yourself and others.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing digital solutions within Finance, Accounting, and Project & Portfolio Management.
