What you will do

• Identify and manage currency exposure and flows in coordination with Group Treasury.
• Manage the requirements and implementation of trade finance products and solutions.
• Oversee bank account structures within cash pools, manage funding, deposits, and cash flow forecasting.
• Maintain and update information for insurance policies.
• Handle treasury-related reporting and accounting for month-end closing.
• Establish routines to ensure the business area is compliant with hirify.global Treasury Policy and Directives.

Requirements

• University degree from a Business School or similar institution.
• Experience in a similar treasury or financial control assignment.
• Strong analytical and pedagogical skills to explain the impact of treasury matters.
• Basic knowledge of project management and a business-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting based on current regulations.
