Financial Analyst & Digital Transformation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Lead automated Finance processes, analytical solutions, and data-visualization tools.
• Identify and develop applications of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, and approved AI tools within Finance.
• Translate business requirements into practical digital and AI-supported solutions.
• Collaborate with the global Business Controlling team and Finance Heads across project and factory organizations, with a focus on Sweden.
• Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Support responsible AI adoption through governance, access controls, human review, and scalable continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Higher university education in finance, controlling, data, or another relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Finance organization as a controlling or finance professional, combined with strong data-analysis skills.
• Proven experience in process automation, business intelligence, or data visualization.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, generative AI, or comparable AI-supported business tools.
• Understanding of responsible AI applications for reporting, analysis, process support, and knowledge management.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Swedish language skills.
• Experience in a large manufacturing, industrial, or engineering company.
• Experience with Tableau.
