Senior Associate Director, Investor Delivery

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid workplace

Salary: CAD 90,000–132,000 yearly

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership on departmental initiatives, projects, and budget management.
• Support investor registration, transactions, reporting, cash management, and compliance with relevant policies.
• Deliver smooth client integrations and manage relationships with clients, investors, fund managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve sensitive or escalated inquiries and collaborate with AML teams and administrators on regulatory requirements.
• Review and sign off on schedules, reports, and files for accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Allocate resources, support service-level agreements, and mentor team members through feedback, coaching, and career development discussions.

Requirements

• Experience in fund administration with leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the fund industry and investor operations.
• Business logic and a risk-averse approach to resource management and operations.
• Ability to support regulatory compliance, internal controls, and operational objectives.
