Analyst, Global Asset Management

Location: Toronto, ON — Toronto-141 Bay, 18th Floor, Canada. The proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

Annual base salary: CAD 69,800–87,200, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities and projects across asset management through a structured rotational experience.
• Gather data and assist with research and analysis covering markets, the economy, investment themes, and business priorities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, commentaries, documentation, and supporting materials.
• Monitor market and economic developments and summarize relevant observations for team members.
• Collaborate with investment, research, operations, product, sales, service, and client-facing teams.
• Support regular meetings, information requests, follow-up actions, and broader business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, International Finance, or a related field.
• Technological literacy and familiarity with research or quantitative modeling software, including E-views, Python, Matlab, Bloomberg, or Datastream.
• Problem-solving ability, good judgment, communication skills, and the ability to present to various audiences.
• Maturity, strong interpersonal skills, initiative, responsibility, and organizational skills.
• Capacity to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity, professionalism, willingness to learn, high standards, and genuine care for professional relationships.

Nice to have

• CFA designation or progress toward completion.
