Finance Solutions Consultant

Location: Belgium or Sweden; fully remote with hybrid working arrangements and travel required

hirify.global is recruiting for an international industrial organization that uses integrated financial management solutions across global business operations.

What you will do

• Analyze finance and business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Support the full lifecycle of finance solutions, including planning, development coordination, implementation, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Integrate ERP systems, travel and expense management applications, and financial consolidation platforms.
• Maintain and govern standardized global finance solution templates across international business units.
• Improve solution functionality, system performance, process efficiency, and alignment with changing requirements.
• Create documentation, support end-user training, and help ensure regulatory and industry compliance.

Requirements

• Professional experience designing, implementing, configuring, maintaining, and continuously improving enterprise finance solutions.
• Strong knowledge of finance business processes and experience translating operational and financial requirements into system functionality.
• Experience with ERP systems, travel and expense management systems, financial consolidation applications, and their integration within enterprise finance environments.
• Ability to gather requirements, perform functional analysis, prepare detailed specifications, and contribute to solution architecture and implementation decisions.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications through planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work with standardized global templates while maintaining process consistency and addressing business requirements.
• Ability to maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and user guides, and support end-user training.
• Awareness of applicable regulations, established standards, and best practices; adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements.
• Professional English proficiency is required; ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams and willingness to travel for projects and stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or certification in comparable finance solution technologies.
• Additional certifications in enterprise financial systems and related business processes.
