Functional Consultant (SaaS/AI)

What you will do

• Lead customer projects implementing the hirify.global spend management suite across local and international markets.
• Guide customers through solution design, deployment, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver on-site or remote training.
• Configure hirify.global solutions according to customer requirements and best practices.
• Analyze spend management processes, identify improvements, and drive optimization initiatives.
• Maintain solution documentation, specifications, change requests, and internal project updates.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT system implementations, ideally in cloud-based or SaaS environments as a Functional Consultant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Business-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining quality and control.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and implementation methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with spend management solutions.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX / Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV / Business Central, SAP, or Infor M3.
