Implementation Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

Location: Södertälje, Sweden; hybrid arrangement requiring approximately 3 days onsite per week

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end IT delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation projects.
• Plan and coordinate system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, hypercare, and handover.
• Lead D365 functional and technical consultants and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Align technical solutions with business requirements, project timelines, and market-specific localisation needs.
• Coordinate solution design, development, integration teams, external vendors, and implementation partners.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies while providing regular stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (D365 F&O) implementations.
• Strong IT project management and implementation leadership experience, including successful management of large-scale ERP implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle phases.
• Experience managing global, cross-functional technical and business teams and leading technical and functional teams.
• Knowledge of ERP system integrations, data migration, and solution architecture.
• Experience coordinating external vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong risk management, planning, problem-solving, communication, organisational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in complex IT environments.
• Understanding of both business processes and IT delivery requirements, with a proactive, structured, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
• Professional English proficiency is required.
