Location: Remote across Europe, with the ability to operate in CET timezones required. Optional office work is available in Warsaw and London.

What you will do

• Own the NetSuite OneWorld environment across 10+ legal entities, including architecture, multi-subsidiary configuration, chart of accounts, scripting, workflows, releases, roles, and segregation of duties.
• Build and maintain integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, NetSuite, and the BigQuery/dbt warehouse so that month-end reconciliation is automated and exception-based.
• Lead the selection and rollout of finance systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration, and establish the finance setup for new entities.
• Build AI agents and automations with the Automations and Data teams for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations, and accounting requests.
• Provide systems expertise for pricing models, new geographies, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Hands-on administration of a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, and releases.
• End-to-end ownership of an ERP or billing implementation or migration, including understanding how Stripe data flows into the ERP and revenue recognition.
• Experience building integrations through iPaaS or code that reconcile data and alert when failures occur, plus comfort working with SQL.
• Understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and the controls behind these processes.
• Ability to collaborate with accountants, engineers, and auditors.
• AI-first working approach, with tools such as Claude Code or Cursor used regularly and a preference for automating workflows before staffing them.
• Ability to work from Europe and operate in CET timezones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform, Deel, HiBob, n8n, dbt, or BigQuery.
• SOX or ITGC experience at a pre-IPO or public company.
