SAP Principal Application Consultant / Project Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Lead SAP implementation, cloud transformation, and consulting projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, resources, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide functional leadership and trusted advisory support across SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, process harmonization, and business transformation.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud initiatives, particularly across logistics and supply chain domains.
• Coordinate functional, technical, and global delivery teams; facilitate workshops, governance, stakeholder management, and decision-making.
• Support SAP Cloud business development, account growth, proposals, estimations, statements of work, solution roadmaps, and pre-sales activities in Sweden and the Nordic market.
• Coach consultants and project team members and contribute to delivery methodologies, consulting capabilities, quality standards, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience, including leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives.
• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive hands-on SAP Logistics experience, including several of SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, SCM, PP, TM, or related supply chain and logistics processes.
• Strong functional understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, warehouse, and supply chain processes.
• Extensive SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA experience across multiple industries.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and modern SAP delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP projects with responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, planning, facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset, ability to deliver measurable business value, and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership and functional consulting in international, multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud implementations.
