Senior Manager Delivery & Billing (Microsoft D365 F&O)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid working: 40% at the office, 40% from home, and 20% flexibly; with manager approval, work abroad is permitted within approved countries for up to 3 weeks per year, with a maximum of 2 consecutive weeks.

Gross annual salary: €71,500–€105,000, including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance; a bonus or collective profit sharing may apply depending on the role.

What you will do

• Lead the B2B Delivery and Billing Engineering team in platform change delivery and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage and develop an internal team of approximately 8 FTE, including Microsoft Dynamics, data, test automation, solution consulting, and functional maintenance specialists.
• Translate B2B stakeholder requirements into technical roadmaps, standards, and actionable backlogs aligned with Enterprise Architecture.
• Own delivery, stability, reliability, performance, quality, budget, and timeliness for the Delivery and Billing platforms.
• Work with the Revolution programme on transformation workstreams affecting the domain.
• Manage external suppliers and partners against contracts, budgets, SLAs, quality, and performance standards.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading and developing engineering or technology teams and creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with business-critical enterprise platforms and ongoing operational maintenance.
• Ability to manage roadmaps, standards, best practices, requirements, and stakeholder relationships across B2B business functions.
• Ability to bridge technical delivery and business stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear plans.
• Experience balancing transformation, innovation, operational efficiency, stability, reliability, and performance.
• Experience managing external suppliers and third-party delivery teams against contracts, budgets, SLAs, quality, and timeliness targets.
