Senior Director, Professional Services (N4)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; other locations include Valencia, Spain; Remote South Africa; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is based in EMEA.

What you will do

• Lead the N4 professional services practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Partner with Sales to position, scope, and close N4 services engagements.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery through AVA and standardized methodologies to accelerate Time to Value.
• Own regional revenue, utilization, margin, operational goals, and growth strategy.
• Manage multiple managers, develop leadership and coaching capability, and conduct the annual regional PS talent review with Human Resources.
• Build executive relationships, present dashboards and KPIs, and represent hirify.global PS in port and terminal industry forums.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience, including at least 10 years directly managing others, including managers.
• Required experience leading teams delivering Terminal Operating System or comparable enterprise application implementations and upgrades.
• Customer-facing experience covering pre-sales, scoping, and executive engagement.
• Deep expertise in digital transformation and AI-driven delivery.
• English required.
